1. 15-Day Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, provided the shoes are unused and in their original condition. This includes all packaging and tags.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your shoes back to us.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned shoes, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Manufacturing Defects
- Coverage: We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects related to pasting, stitching, and color issues.
- Process: If you encounter any manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service team with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the problem and, if covered under our warranty, we will arrange for a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
3. Discounted Items
- Exchange Policy: For items purchased at a discount, we offer exchanges within 15 days of purchase, provided the shoes are unused and in their original condition.
- Repair Exclusion: Please note that repair services are not included for discounted items.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized shoes are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
